The problem with meditation
Meditation is for everyone, no matter their spiritual beliefs or personal practices. Yet, finding a neutral space to meditate can be surprisingly difficult. At the same time, guided meditation has become so common that many people doubt their ability to simply sit in stillness on their own.
What I offer
I offer a consistent, simple and safe space for practicing meditation. I've designed the sessions for those who meditate at home but could use some support.
Whether you're new to meditation or seasoned in meditation retreats, these sessions will help you keep up a rewarding practice and enjoy the lasting benefits of reduced stress, better mental health, and greater flow in life.

The space
Meditation sessions are held in my home meditation studio in Mililani Town, O‘ahu. Hosting meditation sessions in my home studio allows me to maintain an intentional and energetically clean space, free from outside distractions. Unlike rented or shared spaces, my studio is dedicated solely to meditation, ensuring a serene and supportive atmosphere.
It also allows me to keep sessions more affordable while offering a setting that is both beautiful and deeply personal—my favorite room in my home, shared with those who honor and value meditation.
